1. DELIVERY SERVICE:

Our Standard Free Delivery service is designed to get your products to you as quickly as possible. In some cases, we may use pallet deliveries, as they are one of the fastest options available. For pallet deliveries, your product will arrive securely on a pallet, typically with kerbside delivery. If you prefer a more hands-on service, we also offer Premium Two-Man Door Delivery and White Glove Delivery options. However, please note that White Glove Delivery is not available for the following postcodes: AB, CA, DD, DG, EH, EX, FK, G, KA, KY, LA, ML, PA, PH, PL, TA, TD, TQ, and TR. Additional delivery charges may apply for these locations.

2. ASSEMBLY SERVICE:

We offer a complimentary assembly service for select wardrobes to enhance your convenience. This wardrobe arrives flat-packed, but if it qualifies for our Free Assembly Service, as indicated on the product page, professional fitters will handle the assembly for you at no additional charge. This service is available only for certain wardrobes, so please verify on the product page whether your wardrobe is eligible for this benefit.

For wardrobes that do not include the free assembly service, they will be delivered in flat-packed form. However, if you reside within a 40-mile radius of the BB9 postcode, we can arrange assembly services at an additional cost. Please reach out to our customer service team to discuss this option and arrange for assembly if needed.

Dining tables and chairs typically do not come with free assembly. We recognise that assembling a dining table set can be a complex task. Therefore, we offer an assembly service for both dining tables and dining table sets (including chairs). If you require assistance with assembly, please let us know, and we will provide this service at an additional fee. Note that if you are purchasing chairs only, they will be delivered in boxes, and assembly service will not be available for these items. 3. MADE TO ORDER ITEM:

Please be aware that all Made to Order items are meticulously crafted based on the specifications you provide. Due to the customised nature of these products, we are unable to accept cancellations or assume any additional costs that may arise from inaccurate information provided during the ordering process. Therefore, it is crucial to double-check all details before finalising your order to ensure everything meets your requirements.

*Please note that finance options are only available for orders with a total value exceeding £750, taking into account a required 10% deposit. This means that for a product to qualify for financing, its price must effectively be at least £750 after the deposit is deducted. If you have individual products priced below £750, you may still qualify for financing if the total value of your cart is over £750 at checkout.
