1. DELIVERY SERVICE:
Our Standard Free Delivery service is designed to get your products to you as quickly as possible. In some cases, we may use pallet deliveries, as they are one of the fastest options available. For pallet deliveries, your product will arrive securely on a pallet, typically with kerbside delivery. If you prefer a more hands-on service, we also offer Premium Two-Man Door Delivery and White Glove Delivery options. However, please note that White Glove Delivery is not available for the following postcodes: AB, CA, DD, DG, EH, EX, FK, G, KA, KY, LA, ML, PA, PH, PL, TA, TD, TQ, and TR. Additional delivery charges may apply for these locations.
2. ASSEMBLY SERVICE:
Free Assembly Service:We offer a complimentary assembly service for select wardrobes to enhance your convenience. This wardrobe arrives flat-packed, but if it qualifies for our Free Assembly Service, as indicated on the product page, professional fitters will handle the assembly for you at no additional charge. This service is available only for certain wardrobes, so please verify on the product page whether your wardrobe is eligible for this benefit.
Flat Pack Wardrobes:For wardrobes that do not include the free assembly service, they will be delivered in flat-packed form. However, if you reside within a 40-mile radius of the BB9 postcode, we can arrange assembly services at an additional cost. Please reach out to our customer service team to discuss this option and arrange for assembly if needed.
Dining Tables & Chair Sets:Dining tables and chairs typically do not come with free assembly. We recognise that assembling a dining table set can be a complex task. Therefore, we offer an assembly service for both dining tables and dining table sets (including chairs). If you require assistance with assembly, please let us know, and we will provide this service at an additional fee. Note that if you are purchasing chairs only, they will be delivered in boxes, and assembly service will not be available for these items.
